What is Scran!?
Scran! is a hands-on food and cooking project designed to help young people develop skills, confidence, and independence through cooking.
What you’ll gain
Learning to cook helps you take control of your food, budget, and daily routines, supporting independence and healthier choices.
Food support
If you’re experiencing food poverty, our Food Bank is open on Thursdays, offering additional support in a welcoming, non-judgemental way.

The cafe helped me learn how to cook proper meals and feel confident in the kitchen. I never thought I’d enjoy cooking, but now I actually look forward to it
