Counselling

At The Warren, we offer a free and confidential, person-centred counselling service. This is a safe space where you can talk openly about what’s troubling you and explore your experiences at your own pace.

A Safe Space To Be Heard
Your counsellor won’t tell you what to do. Instead, they’ll work alongside you as you ask questions, share your experiences, and find ways to move forward that feel right for you.
Led by you
Your counselling is led by you. You can bring whatever feels important into the sessions, and together we’ll explore your feelings, behaviours, and how you see the world.

A safe space to reflect

Our counselling is person-centred, non-judgemental, and confidential.

Talk openly about what you’re feeling
You’ll be listened to with care and respect, and support. We are members of BACP and their policies inform our practice.
If you’re curious, you can book an initial appointment to share whatever you feel comfortable with, ask questions, and see whether counselling feels like the right support for you.
You belong here, exactly as you are.
We run two weekly, confidential groups for young people who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, or Questioning. You don’t need to be certain about labels—if you’re exploring or unsure, you are still very welcome.
