In December, our huge Victorian windows were transformed into something truly special with the Alternative Advent Windows from The Warren Youth Project.
Each window was painstakingly cut by hand, turning the space into a glowing display of creativity, care, and togetherness. Rather than counting down to Christmas with chocolate or commercial cheer, these windows offered something deeper, moments of reflection, kindness, and shared celebration.
Lit up against the winter evenings, the windows became a beacon for the community: a quiet reminder of compassion, hope, and the power of making things together. They stopped people in their tracks, sparked conversations, and brought a little warmth to dark nights.
