Swim for Wellbeing is a mental health-focused swimming program that combines the physical benefits of swimming with mindfulness and emotional support. The program helps participants improve their mental health through regular exercise in the water, creating a therapeutic environment where they can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while building confidence and social connections.
