Counselling

Mental-Health support

The world can be a mind boggling and confusing place. Sometimes things happen to us that are out of our control, that leave a lasting impression or hurt us deeply. Sometimes we are overwhelmed by messages that tell us how to be, how to look and how to behave. Sometimes we just don’t know where we fit.

We can end up feeling like we’re not good enough, that things aren’t fair, that something isn’t right, and we can lose sight of the things that make us uniquely wonderful.

Counselling is a place where all of these things can be explored, where you can be angry or sad or heartbroken or joyous. You can question what it’s all about, explore what can make a difference and experience a non-judgmental, confidential and safe environment while you discover what works for you.

If you think that you’d like to give counselling a try, we can book you in for an appointment where you can come and share your story, ask questions and find out if we are the right place for you.
