Say It! Part of the men’s group, a project that aims to give young men a space where they can talk freely. There are no expectations and no judgements. You don’t have to say anything at all if you don’t want to. All we ask is that everyone who comes listens to other people. The group is staffed with at least two workers and they are there to ensure that everyone is given the chance to say what they want to say.
It’s one of the only places where I can talk properly and not feel judged. You can say what’s on your mind or just listen, both are okay

There’s no pressure to be anyone or say anything. You can just be yourself, let things out, and feel heard
