Ted is a Partner in a local law firm Gosschalks LLP where he is Head of the Employment Department. As a result, he brings thirty years’ experience of employment law and HR to our Board. He provides common sense and pragmatic advice to the wider Board and to the Finance and Personnel Sub Committee
